    Zoom back to Chichester's yacht, "Gipsy Moth" nearing landing stage on the River Thames at Greenwich. Crowds wait to see him. Chichester comes ashore followed by his wife. Crowds waving flags. Panning C/U as Chichester shakes hands with Queen Elizabeth II and Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Philip). People watching. Queen talks to Chichester. They walk towards ceremony point. Queen is hands the sword, Chichester kneels. The Queen touches Chichester's shoulders with the sword, places an insignia around his neck and pins the order on his coat.
    C/U bows of "Gipsy Moth". Queen walks with newly knighted Sir Francis Chichester to the boat, moored at landing stage. They go on board the boat. Crowds watch as boat sails down river, passing Tower Bridge and fire floats. Sir Francis steps ashore at Tower Pier and shakes hands with Lord Mayor of London, Sir Robert Bellinger. Lady Chichester follows.

Lord Mayor presents Sir Francis with a gift - a silver disc map of the World, on it is marked the route Sir Francis sailed in "Gipsy Moth". Crowds. C/U Sir Francis holding aloft the disc.
