Hell ya, went hard Aaron, steady elevating your game man, that's what it's all about!! I havnt seen any one doing fakie grinds like that man, thats whats upp!!
i love aaron he was the first real bmxer that i knew about but i hate freecoasters and i dont think a freecoaster is much of HIS "style"... maybe im just hating on the whole freecoaster trend
Can someone tell me why everyone has suddenly decided to ride freecoasters? I know that there are so many more tricks possible with a freecoaster but I thought they were considered a bit....wussy?
I've never thought of them as 'wussy'. People are probably starting to try freecoasters out after seeing Garrett and all of them start riding them. It's fun to change things up every once in a while.
Definitely not "wussy." Rolling backwards with a cassette and a freecoaster are two totally separate techniques and you could even argue that rolling out with a cassette is actually easier because you can use pedal pressure to slow yourself down to a more controllable speed. With street riding's explosive progression in recent years, guys are running freecoasters to open more doors and give them more options and figure out what's possible on a BMX bike.
insidethebakerybmx +aBMXicleRider Don't get me wrong, I think its awesome that they're becoming more popular, its just one day every kid was commenting on videos where street riders had freecoasters saying stuff like "grow up and get a real bike" , even if you had one around here a few months ago, people would just laugh at you, and then next thing Dennis Enarson, Garrett, Bruno Hoffman, Ty Morrow, Aaron, Sean Sexton....everyone, is riding one! Its just insane that whole scene changed so quickly and I was just wondering how it all happened....thanks for your replies!

La vida del BMX No es solo un deporte es una Pasion
clean ass style especially on the freecoaster
I like his "new" riding style with the free coaster. He didn't necessarily change his style but he has a lot more base tricks with the freecoaster.
