Need your help on the tracking. The pulleys are aligned. Is it due to a poor glue job on the belt? Theres a vibration in the machine as a result of the tracking and its driving me nuts!
+Tim Marks The only thing that makes sense to me, without seeing the belt glue joint, is that the pulley crown centers aren't aligned. One wants to pull it left, the other wants to pull it right, and it's in a constant tug of war between the two. I'd try getting into the underdrive assembly and sliding the entire thing back and forth along the pivot shaft to see if the behavior changes. I feel your pain!
