Who want to leave their home, families and mother land , the degree with unemployment is the most frustrating and painful problems of every middle class Nepalis people . Neither government nor relatives will be there ,when your house is on auction . Just to get education middle class people get loan from the bank in order to get job and live happy life with their family but in Nepal Degree is only considered to be pieces' of the paper . I'm a realist, and though I lament the brain drain of Nepal, I wouldn't cry over it. In a conflict between self-interest and general welfare, the former wins most of the time. It's a natural law that governs the natural order of our society. So unless we create in Nepal a breeding ground for opportunities, there is no reason to cry over it.
After 50-100 years every thing will be changed people can’t get job in foreign people who have green card or red passports they will live in foreign but more than youths are in gulf countries who have returned one day back to nepal. Every countries is developing after some times there will be machines and robots to do works in short time in low economy and ai will take lots of works in future. Infrastructure development and works will be almost done everywhere and we are dependent so wisely on remittances one day this remittance will be a dead trap. We need others income sources and development in nepal in different things like tourism, electricity trade, local manufacturing trading etc. You can see UAE as example they are making less dependent from oil by becaming a international hub and market. If not then we will be killed with ourselves.
