Wonderful, focused smoke. I do get the earthy, spicy descriptor, yet what makes me return to it is that undertone of dark chocolate-brownie. That, with the spice and weight of the smoke…sets it far apart.

Interesting that he doesn’t believe the La Historia to have any sweetness.
For me, it’s TOP 3 on my list ALL-TIME… and I believe what makes it so incredibly unique is it’s chocolatey sweetness and rich espresso taste.

And to answer your question at the end of the video; ONE thing I’d love to see with this blend for decades to come is a smaller ring gauge offering! Something like an AF 8-5-8 or a classic Cuban corona vitola would be AMAZING!
