Very difference stoves look good for cooking don,t have to worry about the cooking spitting oil and befor you sit down to eat you have to clean the wall down first , Thank you good video .
They use wood instead of gas! That's great! In other country, only very expensive restaurant use wood. But in this case probably they can't afford gas is the reason they use wood but anyway everybody know wood is better than gas(let alone electricity) I am willing to pay more to eat her dish!
At least taking her gloves off, washing hands. I did not see her washing off her cutting board. I’m guessing it is OK in Cambodia for most places. No wonder I alway had diarrhea after eating foods in Cambodia.
"why she did not remove her gloves while cutting the chicken "??!!! and the chicken must be wash properly and removed the exist blood from the edge of the bones ,"??!! what is this ???!! all around gloves ,!!!
I couldn't stop watching the saga of cross contamination. Good Lord...there's a place to boil water to stop what she's doing touching everything in sight and wearing those damn bacteria harboring gloves. She looks like an intelligent woman but clearly she is not. And the flicking chicken residue/scraps here and there was insane. I wouldn't have touched that food,, nor that woman, with a ten foot pole.
