If the video is too fast for you, you can solve this problem by clicking on the 'Settings' icon of the video and choose the 'Playback speed' ...and you can select a much slower speed for yourself. (My newer videos' speed are slower.)

I'm sorry but you can't make the whole earrings with only size 11 beads. The strawberry fruit and the leaves work with only size 11 beads, but for the rest please follow the guide.
