You are correct. I wish more Christians understood this and would stop this nonsense about a future second coming. It destroys the credibility of the new testament
Yes. Two passages you could go to are Isaiah 45:7 - I form light and create darkness, I make well-being and create calamity, I am the LORD, who does all these things. and Revelation 16:9 - they cursed the name of God who had power over these plagues. However much more could be said on this then would fit in a comment, I encourage you to hear this sermon: Did God Cause the Tsunami & Earthquake in Japan? ua-cam.com/video/blC69ZMXjl0/v-deo.html
Thanks for asking. Yes, He did, as I stated in the video. Yes, even in doing so God did not commit evil because He cannot commit evil, being holy, holy, holy, and righteous. Examples? Job 1: "While he yet speaking, there came another and said, "Your sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother's house, and behold, a great wind came across the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young people, and they are dead, and I alone have escaped to tell you." An "act of nature," as we would say, came and killed Job's children. Does Job lay responsibility upon Satan? The wind? No. "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." The next verse then says, "In all this Job did not sin or charge God with wrong." Did God send the wind? Yes. If He didn't, who did? Satan, acting alone, apart from the permissive decree of God? If so, then Satan could act apart from God's control and the consequences of that leave us all with no hope. That then leads us to the next chapter where we know Job's health is taken away - a very localized, one-man pandemic, if you will. Job's statement to his wife after she tells him to "curse God and die?" "Shall we receive good from God, and shall we not receive evil?" The assumed answer is "Yes" to both rhetorical questions. The word there for evil is "ra" in Hebrew - the same word cited by my brother James from I'll Be Honest below, in Isaiah 45:7 (and the KJV translates it as "evil"), and the same word used in Job 42, verse 11, where his family and friends came to him to show him sympathy and "comforted him for all the evil that the Lord had brought upon him." We have passages such as Jeremiah's words in Lamentations 3, where he sits in the rubble of Jerusalem, lamenting its destruction at the hands of the Babylonians - destruction which Jeremiah had been waving his hands and raising his voice to warn the people throughout the book of Jeremiah - and for the first two chapters of Lamentations and the first part of chapter 3, Jeremiah never ascribes responsibility for the woe which fell upon Jerusalem to the Babylonians, but to the Lord Himself - because the Lord had told God's people in Deuteronomy 28:15-68 exactly what would happen to them if they rebelled. In Lam. 3:37-38, Jeremiah says this: "Who has spoken and it came to pass, unless the Lord commanded it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that good and bad ("ra," again - and again the KJV says "evil" there) come?" Think about the warning Amos gave us in 3:6: "Is a trumpet blown in a city, and the people are not afraid? Does disaster come to a city, unless the Lord has done it?" Did not the Lord send multiple plagues - and I'm not even talking about the ones He sent upon Pharaoh and Egypt? Yes, he did - and there is nothing in Scripture keeping Him from doing that today and even sweeping up some of His own people - the redeemed - within the plagues. It goes to Jesus' repeated statements in Luke 13:1-5 - "Repent or you too will perish." The Lord is not bound, as I said, to give any of us our threescore and ten. Where was God when COVID came? On His throne, controlling every moment of it, just like before COVID and just like after COVID departs or whatever he chooses to do with COVID. We're just to be awake and ready for our death or the second coming of His Son, whichever comes first and "ready" is defined as having repented and turned to Christ, the Son of God, in faith so that He would save us from the wrath to come. When people ask concerning such things, "How could a loving God send a pandemic, or a tsunami, or whatever?" (even answering a prayer which desired to be used of God, by killing a child of the one praying - see another video we have here which includes that story: ua-cam.com/video/5KpVwWi1FVk/v-deo.html. That was my prayer, and my son who died) they are really accusing God of doing something unjust, or unfair. It's as if God must NOT send such things because He is a God who is love. However, the question is really, when phrased in that manner, not God-centered but man-centered. The question perhaps ought to be, "Why doesn't a holy, holy, holy, God (the only element of Him and His being to be carried to the third degree - cf. Is. 6:1-6 and Rev. 4:8) send MORE tsunamis and pandemics and ___________?" Thanks again.

Luke Chapter 22 1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew near, which is called the Passover. 2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. 3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. 4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them. 5 And they were glad, and Covenanted to give him money. 6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude. 7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed. 8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the Passover, that we may eat. 9 And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare? 10 And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. 11 And ye shall say unto the good man of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guest chamber, where I shall eat the Passover with my disciples? 12 And he shall show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready. 13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the Passover. 14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. 15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer: 16 For I say unto you I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: 18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. 19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and broke it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the New Testament in my blood, which is shed for you. 21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. 22 And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! 23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them is was that should do this thing. 24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. 25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them: and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. 27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth. 28 Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations. 29 And I appoint unto a kingdom, as my Father hath anointed unto me; 30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: 32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. 33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. 34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me. 35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. 37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning must have an end. 38 And they said, Lord, behold, there are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough. 39 And he came out, and went as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; 40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. 41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed. 42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling to the ground. 45 And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, 46 And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. 47 And while he yet spoke, Behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. 48 But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss? 49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword? 50 And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. 51 And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him. 52 Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves? 53 When I was daily with you in the temple, Ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness. 54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest’s house. And Peter followed afar off. 55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them. 56 But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him. 57 And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not. 58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also one of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not. 59 And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean. 60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spoke, the cock crew. 61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. 62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. 63 And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him. 64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophecy, who is it that smote thee? 65 And many other things blasphemously spoke they against him. 66 And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying, 67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe: 68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go. 69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God. 70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am. 71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.
Lourdes, an earthly priest cannot forgive your sins, you need the great high priest, Jesus Christ, He alone can forgive one's sins. You need to confess your sins to Him. Romans 10:9 - if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. - Please also watch this, "From Going to a Catholic Priest, to Jesus Christ, My Great High Priest" ua-cam.com/video/VwjJaXXnjWQ/v-deo.html
Lourdes: It is our desire you embrace the fullness of the meaning of "new" in the New Covenant. Because of what Jesus did, the veil has been torn and we no longer need a priest in the order of Aaron to intercede on our behalf because in the New Covenant, every believer is a "priest" (see 1 Peter 2:9, in fulfillment of Exid. 19:6) in the sense that they have full access to God, so we all can approach the throne of grace (Heb. 4:16). Hebrews 7:12 also tells us two things, as the writer is going to great lengths to show us the superiority of the new Covenant over the Old - that tells us two things no longer exist: the law and the priesthood. Because the law is no longer in effect - the Old Covenant being obsolete - there is no longer a need for the priesthood. That's the beauty of the new Covenant and its being truly "new" - all has been fulfilled in Christ - He is the eternal high priest in the order of Melchizedek, He is the long-awaited king of 2 Samuel 7, and He is the fulfillment of the prophet to come in Deuteronomy 18. Praise the Lord for Jesus - Lourdes, you need not confess to a man, go straight to the throne of grace! Please see the comment from @I'll Be Honest below, as well. Thanks.
We will be judged but that doesn't mean condemned John 3:18 KJV He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Nothing in there about repenting from sin. "Repenting from sin" does not save. You're making his free gift something you have to work for. The word repent is used in multiple contexts in the Bible, when it comes to salvation it is used as a change of mind. Romans 10: 9-10 KJV says nothing about repenting from sin. 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. We are humans, its in our nature to sin. 1 John 1: 8 KJV If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Don't decieve yourself. Accept the free gift, otherwise you will have no peace trying to attain your own righteousness. He did the work. We can rest in Him and His work, not ANYTHING of ourselves. Ephesians 2 :8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
LUKE 13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, *except ye REPENT, ye shall all likewise perish.*
Ezekiel 18:30 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. Acts 11:18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. Revelation 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Repentance from sin is literally all over a lot of passages in the Holy Bible Nick and it is also a gift granted to you by God as well.

Ephesians 2:16
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
1 Thessalonians 5:24
Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Christians go to the Judgment seat of Christ and non Christians go to the white throne Judgment.
Romans 14, 1 Corinthians 3, 2 Corinthians 5 for some angles on this (and many parables in the gospels may apply to some extent).
I am under the impression that the last days was in the 1st century in fact it was the last days of the old covenant like Hebrews said and not the last days of the world or planet earth
You are correct. I wish more Christians understood this and would stop this nonsense about a future second coming. It destroys the credibility of the new testament
Did God send this current Pandemic situation ? Any biblical support please ? (Asking to get more resources about the subject)
The word there for evil is "ra" in Hebrew - the same word cited by my brother James from I'll Be Honest below, in Isaiah 45:7 (and the KJV translates it as "evil"), and the same word used in Job 42, verse 11, where his family and friends came to him to show him sympathy and "comforted him for all the evil that the Lord had brought upon him."
We have passages such as Jeremiah's words in Lamentations 3, where he sits in the rubble of Jerusalem, lamenting its destruction at the hands of the Babylonians - destruction which Jeremiah had been waving his hands and raising his voice to warn the people throughout the book of Jeremiah - and for the first two chapters of Lamentations and the first part of chapter 3, Jeremiah never ascribes responsibility for the woe which fell upon Jerusalem to the Babylonians, but to the Lord Himself - because the Lord had told God's people in Deuteronomy 28:15-68 exactly what would happen to them if they rebelled. Does disaster come to a city, unless the Lord has done it?"
Did not the Lord send multiple plagues - and I'm not even talking about the ones He sent upon Pharaoh and Egypt?
4:8) send MORE tsunamis and pandemics and ___________?"
Thanks again.

Luke Chapter 22
1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew near, which is called the Passover.
15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer:
16 For I say unto you I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
29 And I appoint unto a kingdom, as my Father hath anointed unto me;
30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
39 And he came out, and went as he was wont, to the mount of Olives;
40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.
45 And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow,
46 And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.
66 And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying,
67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.
69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.
70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.
Two different judgement seats...Christians judged for your works. Unbelievers judged for you sins.
You have it in Spanish?
Hello Iris, it is currently not translated into Spanish.
Not exactly now... Satan closed the churches doors... and we won’t find priests... for confession! 🤫
Confess to Jesus Christ only for He is the Chief Priest and He is ever ready to listen.
Lourdes 1 John 1: 9 , we confess our sins to the LORD. ( Look up " confessing sins" ) we do not confess to a priest.🍃⚘💕💕💕
We don't need any priest .Just come to God and confess your sins to Him .
Thanks.
We will be judged but that doesn't mean condemned
John 3:18 KJV
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
1 John 1: 8 KJV
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Don't decieve yourself. Accept the free gift, otherwise you will have no peace trying to attain your own righteousness. He did the work. We can rest in Him and His work, not ANYTHING of ourselves.
Ephesians 2 :8-9 KJV
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
There will be no sinners accepted into heaven.
LUKE 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, *but SINNERS to REPENTANCE.*
LUKE 13:2
And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, *except ye REPENT, ye shall all likewise perish.*
@@MoonPhaze5 but we are all sinners. Even when we are born again, we sin. Our LORD is our SAVIOR that paid the price of sin for us.
Ezekiel 18:30
Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
Acts 11:18
When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
Revelation 2:21
And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
Repentance from sin is literally all over a lot of passages in the Holy Bible Nick and it is also a gift granted to you by God as well.
This is abusive.
@Pisteuo Boi Is it allowed to question this? All I have are questions.
@Pisteuo Boi Others have suggested that to me as well, but the more I read the Bible, the more questions I have. Reading more scares me because I’m just becoming more and more skeptical. I don’t know, man...I’m starting to think it’s not all that reliable.
@Pisteuo Boi according to the Bible though, right?
@Pisteuo Boi I'm going to keep seeking truth! :)
