I cannot wrap my head around the -1 argument of “well at least no one was permanently hurt”. Rockets are intended to kill. Because the human roleplayer didn’t type “perma” doesn’t mean the intention was anything other than murder.
This arc isn’t even working the way it should because Nick and Michael go into hiding every single time things heat up, when Nick is the one who started the violence. Everyone else is suffering consequences except for the two people who should because they’re hiding. Also like how benji lies about Yeager wanting him to kill Michael.
Honestly I think them hiding is partially making the intensity of this all so high. Also the more time that passes the more the people surrounding them get fucked. You have CG literally giving names to the police of those connected to the Simones. When Brian Knight and Baas make their move a whole list of mf's are about to lose so much.
Michael may get his deserved consequences whenever the court case happens, unless they do it privately which would be a mood/arc killer.
Nick may never get anything done to him.

Nick has been in multiple shootouts in the past but: 1. Doesn't like them 2. Other members are just better at war and like it more. It's simple.
Even though Seaside is an AU/EU gang and Nick is NA (so he basically never see more than 2-3 Seaside at the same time), he always got his chain on.
He gets toxic war chatters... so he usually just doesn't participate
He hates war and tends to get the worst hoppers, the MDM and Rust war was a prime example.
Not everyone in Seaside join wars. He does it when he feels like it but not often
