@waspTaylor you must know where to go. India is not for everyone. You will enjoy India if you have a sense of adventure and keep an open mind you will enjoy India. We Indians love our visitors
There are some who connect to what India really is. They immediately feel at home here in India. You are one of them. It is a land of the spirit. The reason our culture, which we call Sanatana Dharma has survived to this day even after 1000 years of relentless attacks on it, is that the spiritual power is embedded into the land itself. Its mountains, rivers, temples. This power sustains us. And those whose hearts are open to the spirit can feel it when they come here. Hope you have a great journey here and you get all the blessings our land has to give.

This should be in world's wonder list. Hope you show all the caves, statues in them, the single stone pillar, wonder how they did it by removing hundreds of thousands of tons of rock with hammers and chisels from the monolithic single mountain stone. There is a church in lalibella in Ethiopia made the same way, but this temple is exquisitely carved, with many caves, each cave has works of art sculptures, stone pillar and lot more made from the mountain.

You crazy brits. Ruled the world due to the same exploratory nature. Don’t worry about the safety in Maharashtra. Our Chhatrapati has laid high standards for women safety and it still inspires us. Hope you guys have lot of fun. You both r gorgeous.
Shani Sngnapur was once a sleepy village. But time did catch up with the village. I am happy that there are still no locks on the doors. But neither Idli nor Dosa is native to Maharashtra which has its own cuisine. Shani incarnate here is SWAYAM BHU. Everyone offers only Til (Sessamum) oil to Shane, Saturn. The role of Shani is to make you live the consequences of your Actions. Even Rama had to.
The reason why they were stopping you for parking is because: 1. You were going towards a village. Basically rural areas don't have much jobs. So a village like this is thriving on tourism. Or rather people who are coming for this pilgrimage. 2. They try to capitalise on that in order to make some money and survive. 3. This section of people who stopped you are trying to survive by giving parking. That way they'll earn some money and survive in a place like that. 4. Most people from such areas usually go to bigger cities to earn a livelihood.
21:30 It's calld "Hurda" in Maharashtra. Hurda (Ponkh, Paunk) are fresh tiny green Jowar grains that are harvested during a brief period of winter (December to February). It is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Hurda grains are crunchy, tender, and juicy and are either roasted or cooked in another way before consumption.
Another lovely video❤ I don't think anybody has ever captured Shani Shinganapur as beautifully as you have. Also, so happy that the woman at the restaurant told you about 'sade saati' which means '7 and a half year'. It happens when shani(saturn) moves through your zodiac sign(according to hindu/vedic astrology and not according to the month of your birth). I am going through one right now too as I am an Aquarian which will end completely in 2028. Still a long way to go😅 There are so many interesting things in this world and so many things to learn❤️
What a fabulous video and I loved the song choice at the end, it made me feel quite emotional as the music and video footage really captured what must have been an incredibly special and awe-inspiring day at the Ellora Caves. Thank you both for taking us on these brilliant adventures with you.
Thank you so much for the risks you’ve been taking to show people like me parts of the world that I would never see or know about. Your Chanel is not only interesting but is very educational. I look forward to your videos. Love you both, thankyou x x
The green grains shown at 20:50 are called "Hurda" in Marathi, the local language. We get it only in the winter season. They are tender grains of Jowar or Sorghum millet, a very famous seasonal food item in Maharashtra. Farmers sell them at the side of their farms to earn extra quick cash.
21:08 Its basically called "hurda" In 'marathi' dialect. Just a correction ! They aren't 'peas' These are raw wheat (gehu) and jowar (jwaarii) grains used in making of the breads in india. This is the season of harvesting here in, so people locally celebrate it by roasting it on fire and having it with many other ingredients, which ig u guys didn't get. It tastes much amazing with it. Anyways! Have a great journey ahead. ❤ love!

I believe you will be blessed with lot of prosperity this year as you have visited SHANI SHIGNAPUR , to your surprise 2024 is year of Lord Shani .The small green peas that you had are actually fresh tiny green Jowar grains that are harvested during a brief period of winter in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Also please do try "kothimbir vadi" , it's a snack from Maharashtra ,I bet you will love it.
I admire you both. No matter what life has thrown at you, you keep on trucking on. Janine, you have anxiety but you have that by the gonads. You rule it and as a result you have the best adventures that anyone could ask for. Congrats to you both.
Its fresh millet call ‘jowar’ what you eat green beans only get in winter other then winter you get it on dry form which use to make healthy bread call ‘ bhakari’

i am in a foreign land watching two foreigners eating all my favourite dishes from my home state. Loved your content.. ❤️
I'm from Mumbai and I love the way you explored maharshtra. I love it when tourists visit regions that portray diversity instead of showing just same place multiple times.

You crazy brits. Ruled the world due to the same exploratory nature. Don’t worry about the safety in Maharashtra. Our Chhatrapati has laid high standards for women safety and it still inspires us. Hope you guys have lot of fun. You both r gorgeous.
नक्कीच स्वागत आहे
Thank you
Shani Sngnapur was once a sleepy village.
Thankyou for visiting our Land and Country 😀
I'm from Nashik Maharashtra. It's amazing place must visit❤
The reason why they were stopping you for parking is because:
Another awesome adventures of Janine & Liam in India. The food is 😋 and amazing. Love 🥰 the vlog and love 💕 Janine &❤ Liam.
Thanks David ✌️
Thankyou guys ,just a fantastic video again, really enjoying you showing us such a beautiful country xx
Our pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Stunning production as always. I'm so envious.
Thank you! Cheers so much
21:30 It's calld "Hurda" in Maharashtra.
As I am living in maharashtra love to both ❤
The fresh insight of watching my country from a foreigners perspective is amazing ❤❤.
Another lovely video❤
I don't think anybody has ever captured Shani Shinganapur as beautifully as you have. Still a long way to go😅
There are so many interesting things in this world and so many things to learn❤️
Ah wow, you are a source of incredible information
You guys are amazing, you are doing a great adventure something we Indians can't do which is traveling in Auto across India.

We are so pleased you are taking so much from our videos
The green grains shown at 20:50 are called "Hurda" in Marathi, the local language. We get it only in the winter season. They are tender grains of Jowar or Sorghum millet, a very famous seasonal food item in Maharashtra. Farmers sell them at the side of their farms to earn extra quick cash.
Wow!That was magical.India is Amazing.Safe travels, looking forward to next week already 🥰
Thank you ❤️
Great to see you here miss valentina shevchenko...great

Love you both of you I am also maharashtrian
You are very luck to visit our maharashtra at shri shani singapur god bless both of you
21:08 Its basically called "hurda" In 'marathi' dialect.
Just a correction !
They aren't 'peas'
These are raw wheat (gehu) and jowar (jwaarii) grains used in making of the breads in india.
This is the season of harvesting here in, so people locally celebrate it by roasting it on fire and having it with many other ingredients, which ig u guys didn't get. It tastes much amazing with it.
Anyways! Have a great journey ahead. ❤ love!
We loved it, and everyone kept buying it so I'm glad we tried

I believe you will be blessed with lot of prosperity this year as you have visited SHANI SHIGNAPUR , to your surprise 2024 is year of Lord Shani .The small green peas that you had are actually fresh tiny green Jowar grains that are harvested during a brief period of winter in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Also please do try "kothimbir vadi" , it's a snack from Maharashtra ,I bet you will love it.
