WFS Labelling means- they'll place a readable, scannable UPC label (12 digits) on every sellable unit and ensure that each item is properly labeled, received, and stored.

How do I enter master case numbers, when the number is not always the same. Sometimes 1 SKU is split between different outermost cartons. Sometimes there is 40 units in a carton, sometimes 60, and sometimes it's 20 in one carton and 20 in another one. Also, how do I get the individual labels? On Amazon you get an option to select how many labels you need. I find Walmart to be truly bizarre so far.

Hello If your listing has good ratings and reviews and also a good sales record, you can convert that item to WFS and send inventory to WFS. You can keep another separate listing to sell as a merchant. Hope this is clear.

Bro how long does it take once you convert a seller fulfilled to WFS? I converted and it’s been 30 min and still says seller fulfilled. Amazon does it quickly, I guess it’s not the same on Walmart?
If the product UPC on Walmart and the actual UPC of the product are the same, then you don't need to print the UPC from Walmart. If the actual UPC is different than the Walmart listing UPC, you need to download and print the UPC from Walmart and attach them to the product box.
I made my first Walmart listing with a custom GTIN number not UPC. I did this because it would not accept my UPC number so I added some 0s to the UPC and it accepted it as a GTIN. The vitamins I am reselling have a UPC from the manufacture. This number is totally different then my GTIN number. Do I need to put this custom GTIN number on each bottle to send to WFS? Or should I individually pack each box of vitamins and put my GTIN number on the boxes? Im not sure what to do. Thank you.

If you have one listing and its currently showing as Seller fulfilled and WFS Eligible (Ex: prnt.sc/YGfSxnwT0Loq), in that case you will be able to fulfill your order as seller fulfilled until you get your inventory available in WFS. Once your WFS stock is available, all orders will be processed from Walmart (WFS Fulfilled). Once WFS stock finishes, you can sell as seller fulfilled. If you have 2 separate listings for the same item, 1 for WFS and another for seller fulfilled, you will have both fulfillment options. You can keep one listing for seller fulfillment and another for WFS. Thank you

You can edit the information until you generate the labels. Once you generate the labels, you can't get back and edit.

Hello!! I'm sending inventory to Walmart. They give me an option for me to print out UPC product labels is that necessary. Or can I use my UPC code?
If the product UPC on Walmart and the actual UPC of the product are the same, then you don't need to print the UPC from Walmart. If the actual UPC is different than the Walmart listing UPC, you need to download and print the UPC from Walmart and attach them to the product box.
