K so here’s the meaning.
The +1 blink thing, means the “I tried to get the waiter by blinking in Morse code” meanings of torture, He blinked 4 times in a row, which made TORT. At the end, I said “3 strikes and your out” TORT was already taken, But URE wasn’t taken, so it was 3 more letters that were gonna be out.
There ain’t nothin about Suzy, Peppa, Or Leo (Lion.) Just George doing the sign for torture. This is my theory so don’t come at me. If you use the theory then please credit me.

CONTEXTO: en el episodio, Susy oveja trae a su "amigo imagonario" Leo. Segun la teoria, Leo murio hace unos años. Le pusieron un asiento y una torta a Leo pero llega George y se sienta ahí.Luego Peppa le dice algo asi como ahi se sienta Leo!! Y el "rompe la cuarta pared" Por que primero mira a la pantalla,osea como mirandonos a nosotros con cara preoucupada y luego al asiento... algo debe tener con Leo jeje i cant find the translation though
