I got my son’s CBRA and passport. So when my my son arrives to the USA . We still have to file for the birth certificate or this is it he is a citizen now !

What happened when the CRBA is denied for a missing proof staying 5 years in the US even I stayed more than that just couldn't prove it apparently . So if I do immigrant family based visas will be also denied to take my family to the US

Hi. Does serving in the United States Military but deployed for 5 years overseas during a time of conflict, count as time spent in the United States? Can that be put down as a period of time living in the USA on form DS 2029?
