Wow, that theory that Mr. Hall Monitor would be related to the Creepy Smiling TV or company which created it at the first time. That could give some dark past to this character. I wonder if this is exactly real
I agree, but I would imagine the tv aware would be the older brother/relative to hall monitor due to the TV being old-fashioned and mr monitor being well a monitor.

I love this theory too. And since I am from the "future" from when this comment was posted, we now know that the creepy TV guy is a person and loves causing chaos and watching it since he managed to turn Mario against his own friends he could call family.

Well technically we do see a tv next to the SHOWgrounds when smg4 was looking for a new place to build a new castle, call me crazy here but remember that I capitalized show in showgrounds? This tv entity most likely knows the truth, about the fourth wall, in the help gmod map we did see “ready for the next show?” And the tv was there, if the tv has been there from the beginning it would make sense that the tv is a festered virus that remained right under Luke and Kevin’s noses, remember every the revelations arc revealed that the great beyond is the real world, the place between places or better yet the universe between universes, the crossroads that connect it all together, it would explain how N got to smg4’s world, maybe something from the great beyond is the tv entity/company what that is is uncertain, because the god box in the great beyond was revealed to be a box of broken computer parts explaining the anti memes and remnants of universes that fell victim to niles attempts to fix what he had done, after all if that’s the case it would make sense for the tv entity to be the host planning its next show for us the viewers to watch since the tv most likely knows that we, the audience/viewers/subscribers are watching the videos heck smg4 and the cast have broken the 4th wall numerous amounts of times it just makes sense that the tv knows/is aware that we exist.
Maybe Mr hall monitor has a trauma relate to that company he work or are his family’s related maybe that why he so stric about the law he doesn’t wanna be like them that sure is a trauma button
Man, I would like to apologize to Meggy for potentially putting her second hero, and mentor figure back when she became a cop, on a suspect list. But with the fact that Mr. Monitor hasn’t appeared in a while (most likely since genesis arc) and the tv, there must be some connection here.
Actually, the last time we saw him was on the broadcast video but he was in the background and the previous video Mario and Meggy were running from him.
