- It’s your shower time! You are temporarily injured and need help taking a shower so I am here to the rescue assisting you to stay clean. I give you shampoo, condition, body scrubbing, polishing, and cleaning with sponge and hands. You also get some nice moisturizers on your face and body at the very end.
Here are time tables for the different portions of the shower:

I'm usually in the shower for 50-something minutes. Never less than 30 minutes, that's for sure.

Elin Mikkelsen asmr does NOT help my RLS. I wish it did! I was hoping to find something otc to help that doesn't cause gambling issues? Supposedly they all cause people to become addicted to gambling for some reason
im sorry to hear that, RLS is a real sleep killer. i found that taking iron supplements sometimes helps with calming the legs. ASMR just makes it easier for me to relax and forget the legs :)

I had RLS only while taking birth control pills in the past. Maybe look for hormonal reasons for your RLS. Mine stopped when I got off the pill and never came back.

I got surgery yesterday actually xD, I stepped on glass(WHICH REALLY HURT) and somehow the glass became stuck in my foot and they couldn't get it out so surgery was my only option. I can't walk for 3 days, if I try to walk it really hurts so yep..
