Great Tutorial! I was wondering if I would be able to train a model using transfer learning like in the video but locally on my laptop (RTX2070). in your opinion, Is it affordable? Or this kind of models would be only trainable on PaaS with a lot of computer resources? Thanks for the video! Really interesting!
you could train it locally using the RTX2070, but it would take a couple days and render your laptop useless during that time. I would prob recommend just spending the ~$20 on Runway training
Hey! I was wondering. Do you know if there is a way to upload a photo to apply your model to. This feature is available using painting styles for example models included in the software, but not for new user created models.
This is such an improvement for RunwayML, love this! Thanks for sharing again

it sounds like you might be asking about style transfer? The Arbitrary Image Stylization model allows you to upload your own style and content images.
And thanks for sharing!
Is training a model on RunwayML free?
no, it costs half a cent per step
This is a great program... I am considering purchasing it. BUT... I didn't learn a single thing from watching this video.
