Shibuya Halloween Costume Street Party 2016 in Japan

Japan's massive Shibuya Halloween Costume Street Party was super crowded on day two - with lots more costumes and fun!
Halloween 2016 in Japan is taking place over three days - Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We are covering the biggest Halloween party in Japan - and maybe in the world - which takes over the streets of Tokyo's Shibuya neighborhood. This video was all shot on Sunday - from afternoon until late into the night. Once again, the police closed down the streets around Shibuya Station to cars so people would have more space to party.
