Waverunner battery replacement NEW AGM for longer life on the water PART 1

Everyone knows that Waverunners are tough on batteries, a good idea is to go with an AGM battery, which will last much longer than a standard typle. Changing out your battery is super easy, all you'll need is a philips screwdriver!
Here we replace the battery in a 2019 Yamaha Waverunner VX, with a UPLUS AGM battery part number EB16B-3-1 , having a reliable battery out on the water is a must!

Do i need to use the Breather Hose Connection (vent) on my waverunner if I have a AGM battery?

AGM is good, but if you want a real upgrade increase the battery size to 30-34 amp. The charging systems on these skis are so weak they won't actually charge any battery...they just maintain the status quo. Plan on using a tender between uses.
