My grandfather has a friend who owned one, found it in some mountain near a lake named “Lake Isabella” he states it was White, fast also it gets scared a lot , sadly. The guy was named Arthur Morgan back in 1899.
I just picked up a pair of Arabian mares. I can't even begin to explain how sweet and affectionate they both are. I was only going to get one, but they're best friends. They're family now.

I had an Arabian gelding. He was one of the smartest horses I have ever seen. You must be very careful not to give too much rich feed or to over feed as they are prone to colic and foundering.
Horses are so smart it shocks me. They are as smart as 12 year olds. My horse (20ish year oldAmerican Standardbred) last winter was thirsty, but all the water was frozen, so he started to eat snow. I always expect horses to be smart, and ik they are, but that still shocked me. He also seems to know how simple physics works too. And when we where training him to be ridden it only took two sessions before he knew how riding works. Since then has been adjusting because he is using his knowledge of how driving works, and when he finds something is different from driving, he immediately gets it after only 1 - 3 tries. Oops, I rambled again sorry.
Luckily I have a uncle in California who has some Arabian horses. I have visited him when I was a teen. He helped Jane Fonda take care of her horses. Thanks.
As an equestrian I have had to ride Arabs. They really aren't wild and crazy like people say. If you train them properly and give them love and share a good bond, you will find that they are as sweet as any other horse.

she wasnt just a horse, she was a friend of many, a loving family member of my childhood family of 5, and my own children, and partner, and his father, like i said, everyone loved my mil, i miss her
My Grandfather bought my Arabian on Dec 30 1959. Partner aka Sparkling Sherry and I were both born on that day. We were together until 1990 when he passed. Growing up together he learned to play cowboys and Indians we were always Indians because he was knee controlled and easier to fake shooting a bow and arrows. LOL I miss him so much.
These are more classically bred Arabians, more built for performance and sport. They have more of a flatter profile in the face compared to the dish of the more modern halter animals that are more widely showcased in artistic photographs. Rest assured there are more of these classically bred arabs out there than the ones you are referring to.

Foals get weaned but then they are put in their own stall, never to have contact with another horse. The fear is that they may fight, even if it's just playing, and scar their coats. In the showring every imperfection counts. As a result, these horses, meant to be in herds, are NUTS. They were never taught manners by being in the herd and having to learn the hierarchy. They went straight from weakest to strongest ( or close to it ) in a single walk from one stall to the next. 🐈
@@MrJihadakri most people actually treat horses like tools millions of horses from the Kentucky Derby at a young age are sent to slaughter because "they aren't good enough" and many people send their horse to slaughter just because "they're too old", and "they're not good enough". I have several horses that where sent to slaughter that we rescued. We have 5, but own 2 of them. My Standbred was used as tool until he got "too old" (only 20, which is like being 50-60 for a horse) and he hates anything that connects to his old life, including red hats, bright pink (sometimes), certain male humans, and driving (and probably many more). My mini was used as a tool, she was hoarded with a bunch of other ponies and minis all kept together to make more minis that the hoarder could sell to make money. Then she went to my old trainer, that trained her but also convinced her that farriers (people who trim horses hooves) are bad guys and that getting her hooves trimmed should be a wrestling match instead of getting a pedicure. She also was kept in her stall 24/7.
I bred, raised, trained, rode and showed my Arabians for over 40 years. I still have many friends in the Arabian horse world NONE of them are as you mentioned here. Please Google these farms. You will see beautiful mares and foals as well as stallions enjoying their pastures. They are loved and cared for. Sadly There are ignorant and cruel people in all breeds. Look up Ansata Arabians, Two Silos Farm , Simeon Stud and so many more not to mention the countless smaller owners that love and care for their horses. I sincerely hope you will do further investigation.
As a child I had a chestnut Arab he was sweet and kind to me and my cousins. But if my dad tried to ride him he would get angry and buck till he fell off his back. So he was a good boy!!!!!😉
He dies when his owner dies, no one calls him to sit on his back he returns to its owner if stolen from hundreds of kilometers away He is very sensitive and does not like anyone but his owner
