Thanks for the video, these are Bonehead Pro Fibre Reeds that we buy for the 35cc, having been proven over the years the best reeds for small and big blocks? very surprised to see any negative feedback. Most guys swap out their V force or OBR, bart etc etc reeds to bonehead ones to upgrade hence why we trust him for our OEM supply
This engine only done two hours running time , using wj 71 carb. I end up going to the stock carby that comes with the engine. The motor was only was only getting 3/4 throttle, and when I fixed the throttle to get full throttle, the reed problem started to happen.
@@robertblunden7160 Very strange and not right i agree. Most guys are running for many years no issue at all. Did the carb change make any difference or the same with both types? Ill speak again with Bonehead and ask that he warranty these petals, as 2 hours is just totally unlike his normal quality and the reason we trusted Bonereeds in the first place for the 35cc!! have you got any orders planned in the next little while, i could put a few sets in from my stock and then sort it with him later?
Reed floodedering is has no tension and the reed start bouncing and it gets out of time to the stroke of the motor and it opens at the wrong time and seats the wrong time
Good question, probably not, I am going to ask Mike@taylorrc.co.uk.. I might order a couple of sheets of different thicknesses from Alx Italy, which you can buy on eBay. But it will about 3 weeks to get it.

At the same time, check the air gap on the coil and the gap on the spark plug
