Thomas Tymstone my paint line has been discontinued. I would recommend using Golden's acrylics paints. they are fabulous!

Thanks for the tip about cleaning stencil! I just bought a new one and used gesso that dried pretty quickly and was afraid I had ruined it. Alcohol worked great.

So happy to see this. I had no idea that Gesso would be thick enough to do this. I've been wanting to do this with some stencils but thought I had to use the texture mediums which I couldn't find. Thanks so much.

Hey, can u do the same thing using homemade texture paint and distress inks? I mean will the texture paint stand out white like in ur video?

Love your quick video. Very helpful. What about the back of the tag....doesn't it get all blotched with the ink? If I'm making these for gift tags, how do I avoid this?

hi leslie! what's easiest is if you cover the back of the tag by gluing a piece of scrapbook paper on or doing another technique on the back :)
