Borgata Atlantic City has "proper" room service with linens; I've shared a number of photos. (from August) -- It is 24 hours on weekends. Hard Rock Atlantic City also has excellent "proper" room service. That is just two examples. This is one reason to "choose properties" closely and be aware of the downgrades and changes in service standards. While I love the history of Caesars, I'm not sure that unless a 7Stars Member with access to the 7Stars Lounge (which I believe is a good value-prop), I would focus or stay at Caesars Properties with a few exceptions, Tahoe is definitely one of them.
We ❤️Borgata, that’s great to know about the room service. Definitely would try a stay there sometime. Hopefully getting to Tahoe again soon. Caesars still gives us good offers, just miss some of the services.

Yes, Diamond gets offered better drinks across the board. Higher shelf hard liquors, and non draft beers. Also, with the new drink system, Caesars has a 20minute timer on their drinks which doesn't reset until the drink is delivered. So from ordering to completion can take 40minutes before you can even order another drink. The service there if sitting at a slot on the gaming floor is absolutely terrible. Tropicana (and I think Harrahs) on the other hand have only a 10minute timer between drinks. Their service is also considerably better. Something to consider if ordering many drinks is important to you.
As for room service, it's pathetic now. I remember back way before pre covid they used to bring that shit out on a damn cart with a tablecloth. You could order pretty much any food you wanted, the menus in the room used to be massive. The prices were reasonable and the portions were MASSIVE. Now, all the offer is shitty limited room service. The prices on the room service menu are actually higher than at the restaurant. On top of that, the fees they charge are fucking outrageous. You end up paying like 50% in fees and taxes extra.
Caesars used covid to cut back on everything for the most part. They're putting lipstick on a pig by putting in renovations, but they have essentially stripped away all the renovations. They even charge to get into Harrah's pool now.

I can’t argue, everything is watered down since Covid everywhere we visit. Hopefully things turn around for the avid player soon. We miss room service so much. And yes we agree the menu used to be great.

Not a big deal but you keep calling it Caesar’s Palace… it’s not. It’s just called caesars Atlantic City. There are only two Caesar’s Palaces, Vegas and Dubai.

Don’t stay here! Slots are super tight casino is dead and food options are way to expensive. Stay at Tropicana or Harrahs. Way better options. We are giving AC one last try at New Years at Harrahs.
