THIS IS DEPRESSING AS HELL BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT For those of you wondering, i think it's partially about Lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Dovewing after they lose their powers and how they are coping? Also, I'm so glad someone FINALLY made a video portraying Dovewing's struggles after she lost her power, since it was very difficult for her to live without them after having them since birth. I love Dovewing's character and I feel like most people immediately assume she was a self-centered snob who wanted to be be all high and righteous because of the prophecy. But that wasn't like it at all. She was always sweet and caring towards her sister despite the fact that Ivypool was always rude and bitter due to hateful jealousy. Dovewing must've felt lonely, since she was learned about the prophecy at a VERY young age and didn't even have her own sister to lean on when the weight of it was so heavy on her shoulders. Jayfeather and Lionblaze had each other, but Dovewing had no one. I think that's why she went to Tigerheart, because he was the only sense of support she had. As for Bumblestripe, he was more pressure applied to her since everyone thought that he was somewhat entitled to be her mate because he had feelings for her. She had to live most of her early life with her sister hating her and wanting nothing to due with her, the prophecy haunting her every moment, her powers keeping her restless, and to add to that, Bumblestripe constantly breathing on her neck. And finally, after The Three fulfill the prophecy, her power is taken away without a warning. The one thing she could always rely on since birth was gone. She felt deaf and blind without it, and in the books no one seemed to understand how devastated she was. Dovewing is so misunderstood, and honestly, she doesn't deserve all the hate she gets. (I just realized this turned into a rant... oops sorry not sorry)
When I first saw the thumbnail (1:37) I thought it was a vent, and was like "Moon, are you ok?" but then I watched it and just wow (long comment ahead, beware) To start, I never liked the whole "Power of Three" thing. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary plot drama, and just didn't seem very well written. However, now that I see this, I can't see it the same way again. Now that I acknowledge the "reincarnations" thing as a bigger part of the plot, or basically at all, I see it in a whole new light. Something about this video is... Strangely haunting and in a sense... I can't really describe it. At the same time, that adds to its peculiar beauty. It gives me the feeling that there's more beneath the surface of the whole thing than meets the eye (however, I'm just that kind of person who likes a bit of paranoid mystery. I will turn anything into a deeper, darker mystery any time I get the chance, so don't trust everything I say here. However, the concept of time travel in the series I find should get more attention. I mean really, cats discover that time travel is real, and NO ONE cares about this? EXCUSE ME?!!) Something about it just gives me chills. I also noticed that at the end it seems to show the Three without their powers, with Lionblaze bleeding, Dovewing's eyes closed, and Jayfeather... I'm reading omen of the stars, and I honestly feel so bad for Leafpool and Squirrelflight. I mean, sure I would be shocked if the woman who had raised me turned out to be the sister of my actual mother, but I believe that Jayfeather and Lionblaze should forgive them. Yes, I know that Leafpool broke the warrior code by taking a mate while being medicine cat and that her mate was from another clan. But I still feel so bad for Leafpool. She thought that her life could be happy if she ran away with Crowfeather, but THEN THE FRICKIN BADGERS ATTACKED AND RUINED LEAFPOOLS LIFE SO SHE HAD TO GO BACK AND WATCH HER MENTOR DIE. Her power is hard to explain, but she could see and hear things well beyond any normal cat's perception, and she was reincarnated from the ancient cat Dove's Wing. 0:55-1:15 This part is about Jayfeather, the cat who says she is his mother is Squirrelflight. I love how at the end it shows how helpless the three felt when all was said and done: Lionblaze is bleeding and no longer invincible, Dovewing is blind to the world around her, and Jayfeather is just completely broken and alone from no longer being able to visit the ancient cats.

I love the creepy atmosphere of this. Despite the fact that you shitpost like 99% of the time this video is actually very well made. Although the drawings are not very detailed or made in such way to seem,,, "ugly" they are "ugly" in an unique and beautiful way,,,, erm somehow. This is truly one the most beautiful warriors amvs I've ever seen. I had to watch it four or so times to get all the symbolism, but everything about this is amazing. The style hasn't been seen in the warriors community before as far as I know, the music fits perfectly, and you picked a topic that not many people have done an amv on before. A lot of thought obviously went into this, even if it was only made in a few hours. I'm reading omen of the stars, and I honestly feel so bad for Leafpool and Squirrelflight. I mean, sure I would be shocked if the woman who had raised me turned out to be the sister of my actual mother, but I believe that Jayfeather and Lionblaze should forgive them. Yes, I know that Leafpool broke the warrior code by taking a mate while being medicine cat and that her mate was from another clan. But I still feel so bad for Leafpool. She thought that her life could be happy if she ran away with Crowfeather, but THEN THE FRICKIN BADGERS ATTACKED AND RUINED LEAFPOOLS LIFE SO SHE HAD TO GO BACK AND WATCH HER MENTOR DIE. Leafpool has lost so much. She lost her mentor, her mate, and the trust and love from her children. Squirrel flight has also lost much. She lost her mate and she also lost trust and love from the children that she fostered. I always wish that Jayfeather wasn't so harsh to his mother and foster mother. They love him and his siblings, so I believe he should love them back.

I love the creepy atmosphere of this. Despite the fact that you shitpost like 99% of the time this video is actually very well made. Although the drawings are not very detailed or made in such way to seem,,, "ugly" they are "ugly" in an unique and beautiful way,,,, erm somehow. And this is mostly what gives the creepy atmosphere of this, and it fits with the song. I knew you could make detailed drawings but I never thought youd do a whole pmv or any video that is not with black lineart and flat color. This is truly one the most beautiful warriors amvs I've ever seen. I had to watch it four or so times to get all the symbolism, but everything about this is amazing. The style hasn't been seen in the warriors community before as far as I know, the music fits perfectly, and you picked a topic that not many people have done an amv on before. A lot of thought obviously went into this, even if it was only made in a few hours. I don't know how people could confuse this with a shitpost; this is unique, mystical, and pulls at all the heart strings. I applaud you, this is fantastic! 💕

Moon, I know I comment on a lot of your videos, but this one is by far my favorite. I love the eerie feel to it and the animation style. It reminded me of reading Warriors when I was younger and growing up in the countryside. It actually inspired me to start writing my own series about dogs. And of course, it introduced me to Vashti Bunyan, whose folk music is now the soundtrack to my life.
