At the end of the event story it was shown that this time Lappland with her new found resolve was the one who won their bout this time due to having more willpower than Texas.

Its just that Lappland at the end of Siracusa's story literally has the soul of a god in her so she could fight Texas with one sword rather than 2. Texas can still pretty much GOB her Swords and move fast enough to look like she stopped time. Its just Lappy is basically on a whole other level now.
