Hello, I am also curious about Porches At Allenberry ( I had previously commented, but it does not appear to be showing). I'll pare this comment down to basics.... P.O.A. seems an absolutely gorgeous community built into a charming existing resort with all kinds of amenities, playhouse, restaurants, historical structures, etc. (world class fly fishing to boot). There are three elements if you might comment on, however.
    * A.* Build quality of units seems low in comparison to asking prices, facades of homes look great, but they are slab constructed homes from what I see (correct me if I'm wrong). *B.* Homes don't seem to have much property, very close to neighboring homes. *C*. Price Point: There seems to be a good inventory of homes within a 2 to 5 mile radius priced anywhere from the mid to high 100's to around 300K, which would mean you could purchase 2 to 4 homes that would equate to the same price as the range of 500K to slightly over a million at P.O.A. for one home.
Any input would be appreciated as there are apparently no reviews besides the additional comment on this video I can find online.

Porches of Allenberry?… no no no… my husband and I looked in that community about two or three years ago. The model home was put together like crap. It was not complete and if they were comfortable with showing their model homes, not being complete, I wasn’t confident they were going to build our home.. I knew a couple of people that moved in there and said they had problems with the home being built and completed when they said it would be done. Last I checked, they didn’t even have the clubhouse bult and almost every single home and there was already built. You should’ve looked into Amblebrook in Gettysburg.
