Ray was 60 years old when he sang this and had more soul and talent in his little finger than most "artists" have in their whole persona. A hundred years from now people will listen the the Genius to see and hear how it was done. Miss him.

...The mournful expressiveness of his voice opens a window into the human heart. It is the sound of soul, a cosmic howl that cuts through emotional callousness like a hot knife through butter. A sound nurtured in the blues and gospel soaked soil of the deep South and deepened by his own reservoir of pain and loneliness..." Yvonne Smith, Genius of Soul Documentary.
A perfect description of the man and his soul and his unique voice. Beautiful.
