Just improve her dmg fall off and possibly make her not need to reload. Those would be my storm buffs for now.
I reckon just slightly speed them up to like bucky speed and no reload, the fall off is the counter to her imo
What u just said and add a speed buff to her e form. Her lightning form does not any changing its her wind form that does.
i disagree. storm's damage is good enough she needs a major speed buff though
