Hope is very powerful I will not lie but her bloodline power was shorten because klaus isnt a witch and also mikealson witches aren't the strongest witches neither are bennets or depends on who you compare them to cause alot of the mikealson witches had to channel power this includes Freya, Finn, Dahlia (800 years asleep and wakes up with immense power is mostly likely considered channeling in a way) while the bennets barely had to channel but the only actually powerful like extremely powerful witch is and will mostly likely always be Qetsiyah hope has to use dark magic over and over while Qetsiyah is the only witch that's uses traditional magic and Silas because remember they're travelers they really cant access dark magic or spiritual magic

It’s not a so called “kids show” as it’s just an episodical series. But it is targeted for teens ages 14-17ish years. And yes, it is less action packed and has less romantic scenes but I wouldn’t call it more of a “kid show” but that’s just my one opinion.
