You are an excellent communicator and the way you convert the instructions is excellent. I have learnt a lot from your videos and managed to create some content on my own. Great going.
Can you do a video to explain more on how to find the special graphics you used? Is there a list of codes we should be aware of? Those hidden codes are a game changer!
Hey Cassendra, we hear you and we are thinking about sharing more content related to these hidden and new elements in the Canva library. Please bare with us until we figure out what is the best way to share these with you guys. Make sure you subscribe to be sure not to miss them when they are ready! bit.ly/YTcanva
Canva now has the "featured" section in the left panel under the elements tab. You can discover some fun elements there. And no, at the moment there isn't an official list as Canva adds new illustrations and photos every day. We are working on a content series that should help you guys discover more of these new elements. Patience, it's coming to the channel soon 😊
Thank you Diana. I watched this tutorial when I first signed up and have just had the perfect opportunity to use it - so I am back again :) Many thanks to you! Michelle
Very educative! I think this is the best channel you could learn any canva design from. Please can you show us how to do a glass background design. I’ll really appreciate that
Our tutorials are not live, we record them and upload them to UA-cam. But we use Screenpresso (paid version) for the screen recording and Premiere Pro for video editing 🤗
Hello there, unfortunately there's no directory with the Canva element keywords. We try our best to share those we use with you in our videos, but there's no official list 🥺
Hey, I am waiting for your new video. And I think there are quite some features added to canva. Now we can upload our custom audio into canva. Also the new video option is also cool. Hoping to see more videos on that 🔥
Hey Ashwin, you will soon my friend. Canva is indeed adding a bunch of new feature and we will make sure to cover them in future videos. Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss them bit.ly/YTcanva ✨
I like your tutorials, and I am liking Canva a little more, but i noticed there are some elements that when we want to resize them, we can only grab them in the corners and it all stays uniform, while there are other elements that we have more of a free form option and can grab them from the sides and change just the height OR the width... I use Canva on an iPad Pro only, (no PC) so I dont know if it is just a mobile version thing, or if I am missing something when trying to edit and resize an element...if I am missing something on the iPad version, please help me and let me know, if it is that way and we dont have full resizing options, let Canva know they need to fix that and allow us more free form and edit options..Thanks
Hey Lawrence, I don't think the iPad version is any different when it comes to resizing elements. I believe this is due to some types of elements in the library. Generally if you grab elements from the corner, they should resize by keeping the aspect ratio. This might be different for certain shapes or lines.
@@TeamRonDi For me personally, that is the only downfall to Canva, is the lack of resizing elements the way I want or need them. There are some great elements in Canva and sometimes all I want to be able to do is make it thinner, or longer, or taller, but it having only a “uniform” option takes away from the vision I have for the design, or the way I would like the element to sit on the canvas....Sadly, I have to turn back to my other design apps, Like Affinity designer, Procreate etc to complete design projects. So I often go into Canva, find an element I like, place it on a canvas and download it as a PNG image and place it into another app so I can have more control of the sizing and final design. I pay for the Pro version each month, but mainly I do that to have access to the background removal, since that is nearly flawless....Hopefully Canva will make some changes to their editing options in the future so I dont need to continue doing all these extra steps and using other design apps all the time.
How can you change the perspective of an object? I want to add a product to certain background mock ups I purchased but it does not look natural because of the perspective of my product. I see you can do that with photoshop but I find photoshop extremely confusing. Please help
Hey Betty, Canva doesn't really support 3D at the moment so you cannot rotate elements in all the dimensions unfortunately. Best would be to find an object that would work with your mockup. Or create your mockup with SmartMockup in Canva.
You are an excellent communicator and the way you convert the instructions is excellent. I have learnt a lot from your videos and managed to create some content on my own. Great going.

these codes are simply what Canva uses to call these elements in the library.
We usually find them in the Canva FB groups 🤗
