Canva now has the "featured" section in the left panel under the elements tab. You can discover some fun elements there. And no, at the moment there isn't an official list as Canva adds new illustrations and photos every day. We are working on a content series that should help you guys discover more of these new elements. Patience, it's coming to the channel soon 😊
