Thank you! I currently use 8mm top and 5mm bottom, although below 17c water temperature I will switch to 8mm bottom as well (it was 17.5c couple days ago in this vid) - hope that helps!
@@pakster9879 Yes, my wetsuit has the neoprene peeing thingy where the pee goes directly out in the sea - no extra shorts needed, just make sure to get a well made-to-measure wetsuit to apply perfectly so that no new water comes in

@@synagridas13 by any chacne do you also use a pisette to lose less heat and wear shorts/bermuda on top of the pants to prevent water infiltrations ?
