    Quality video as always, Monty. I think I would always stick to old build after watching your video.
    For that amount of money the finishing is very basic and the furnishing is very IKEA. I've heard people being forced to sell as they just keep pushing up their service charge on these new builds. There must be more to help buyers who are tricked into believing they got a great deal and end up having to sell at a loss.

      Investors who have no local knowledge unfortunately. I’ve seen overseas exhibitions come to London’s Hyde Park hotels trying to sell foreign property to UK investors..
