I think she was being nostalgic for the old show’s good times, and when people started to run with it, she pulled back as to not get anyone’s hopes up

@@tarunsai5577probably- just to get inside Trishas head for a moment- fear of rejection/abandonment is a big thing for her psychologically and her worst mental health was on full display. I don't excuse her behaviour and I have BPD and PTSD etc myself. But I don't think anyone wants to look back to when they were extremely bad and acted badly. It's probably a big mix of shame, resentment, remorse, pushing away, opposing thoughts for the different parts of her. Like a self protective side that pushes away and a vulnerable side that fears abandonment and wants to cling. She is probably not wanting to be talked about badly either and is trying her best to be peaceful to them it seems but yeah it was traumatizing for her 💯 but maybe it was needed. H3 did nothing wrong, the trauma just comes from putting herself on air and snapping/breaking/"blacking out" and she probably feels an aversion to returning to anything resembling that whilst wanting a reconnection badly and everything that went down. I also think she is grateful deep down for how Ethan responded to her in the snap moments. There's a ton of feeling there and Trisha herself probably feels lost on Ethan's feelings is the things I pick up on. If he expressed that he wanted it and talked to her she would drop those barriers within a second and want him in her life. The whole reason she was having mental health episodes with Ethan was because she really cared about him and wanted the bond whilst having a need to push him away. It was cause she felt closer and closer to him and wasn't used to any positive, nonsexual male bonds even if she really wanted it. just my thoughts from experience working with traumatized bpd/PTSD people and my own thought patterns that I can see in Trisha's outbursts and behaviours
I hope they can reconcile as a family first but if they do I think they should have each other as a guest on their podcasts rather then do a full show together
I stopped talking to my sister around the same time Frenemies ended. We reconciled this year and are taking a cautious step forward. I wish the same for your family.

Coming from probably the BIGGEST Frenemies fan, I would love for them to be in each others lives again. Especially for the sake of their children. I would love a Frenemies reunion but I would rather love a family reunion off camera 🫶🏼

I think the biggest issue that tore frenemies apart and the family is that all her breakdowns were kept in the filming, and you continued to film as she spiriled. She might have consented to all that but as someone with mental health issues I know how hard it is to stop our brains when there's pressure and people around us, and a camera rolling would make it 10x worse.

EXACTLY it shouldn’t come back, I even have their merch and still it caused a lot of deep issues within the family. She’s still a toxic person and it’s best for Ethan to keep distance. They were great and funny ofc I loved the podcast but nah it fell apart cus of her.

Trisha is frustrating because we all want to love her, but she makes it really hard sometimes.
Ethan is absolutely right that they're both different people now. I enjoyed frenemies but I enjoy their respective content a whole lot more now than I did then. Both sides have grown enough that if the show came back it could be really amazing.
I just want them to be able to have their kids grow up together. Even tho frenemies was peak, that's what matters

I dont know anything about why it ended or any bad blood they might have together but if ethan and trisha were open to doing a few special episodes it would be fun. Like a little reunion episode(s) where they recap life after frenemies. It would be cool to see as a newer h3 fan.
I feel like frenemies wont work out as well as it did before because it relied on trisha being this unstable crazy person that had zero filter. And thats not who she is now.

@@one_slick_boy part of the reason it ended was because it was causing negativity for Hila's family. It was also the reason Hila didn't want Ethan to keep bringing Trisha up. Maybe that has changed but if that is still the case I don't think entertaining the public should come before family.

It’s horrible that they can’t be a family, but hopefully Moses and Hila have some conversations together and make up and Trisha apologize in person to Hila because Trisha seems so much more mature now after having her daughter, so that their families can grow up together. There is nothing like having an aunt, uncle and cousins in your life, as well as your family. That’s a full and beautiful life, especially if they can make up since Trisha and Ethan seemed to be best friends, a friendship and a family. Hopefully they can come back together in peace soon.

I was so happy when Frenemies ended. love H3. been fan since the beginning so I watched every Frenemies just because I support him and the crew no matter what. but Frenemies was the most toxic show ever. Trisha is insufferable to watch.

Respectfully I hope frenimies does not come back. Hope they reconnect as a family but we don’t need frenimies again! It was a great moment in time but considering how it ended, just no.
