Nice to see these battles between lower level soldiers. The Mongols seem to be lower-mid-level it would seem. They clearly are a serious cut above Persians and Footmen. In the end, though, the Persian's numeric bonus was too much to overcome. It was nice to see the Persians win! At least their victory was close enough that they had to work for it. Still, the Mongols, for their halved numbers relative to the Persians did quite well! I wonder what the outcome would have been had the main body of Mongols ALL went after the main body of the Persians in the late game, rather than splitting up?
