Continuous force is required to keep a body in continuous motion ...when an external force on the moving body is removed...the body comes to rest....This is called Aristotle's fallacy.

Newton's first law is also a definition of force ❤❤
Correct ... actually, 1st tells you about cause for motion ( or rest), 2nd law tells about the amount of motion (ie, momentum) and 3rd law tells about the different types of forces involved in the motion
