April - it has taken me weeks to watch this. It has been sitting ready to play on my desktop, but time has been super limited. What a super FABULOUS video, those 10 hours you spent putting it together were so worth it! i have cold chills all over my body watching and listening. You look at least 10 -15 years younger in those after pictures @ 85 lbs down. AMAZING! I love the name Nelly, she looks good, but is the biggest BRAT of all! See me go is now WAY TO GO! I have enjoyed your journey

so important to talk about steady slow losses-- that is reality for 90% of our journeys! you go along and then BAM about 5-6-8 months you are a totally different person! I hope this encourages others coming behind you! you did the work! you reap the rewards!
