It was really a nice channel and I was really impressed by seeing this video.
Veggie boys have grandma send me some red velvet cake with icing😂👍❤️🐝
Calf heard that a milk bath was good for her complexion... praying that 37 degrees does not hurt the early corn. Busy busy busy.
It’s ok as of now, but we have more cold nights coming up
The only problem with your videos, they aren’t long enough. Thanx !

I'm a home gardener and I love this channel man. You have a super likeable down to earth personality and you're great at breaking everything down. Keep up the great work, and I'm sure this channel will grow no problem!
Thank you so much
AWESOME Video Andrew! They're getting BETTER all the time! Especially when you show THE ANIMALS!!! :)
Your greenhouse is so good. You also have the great work at the outside on your farmland.
wow...yall have rocks for sure!!
They seem to have a bumper crop of those every year. lol!! I think they are like volunteer corn in a way. They grow anywhere and everywhere, and no matter what you do, they will find a way to grow.. lol!!!
Lots of rocks 😂

Putting the plastic over the corn definitely makes a difference.
Big time!
Its called goulash and it's yummy delicious!!
Is Aunt Bonnie a sister to Grammie? You are such a wonderful family!!
Yes 😊
Yes she is!
10 hours of middles school golf today tired and beat up, but able to click on this video:)

Been too cold up in ND to plant anything yet, but supposed to level off this next week. No more freezing at night. Yah!
Hope everything goes well!

You'll have to go to the Netherlands. Its all flat here😂
9:06 🤣🤣🤣
So many rocks. How does anything grow at all?
How about a video on your chicken feed mix? And where is the garlic?
"MORE CALFS! MORE CALFS!! MORE CALFS!!!" My wife keeps screaming to me and the tv hahaha!!! :)
I’ll keep it in mind
Is all your ground as rocky as where you planted sweet corn in this video?
I was wondering what it cost you for plastic for the green houses and how do you mend or replace green house covers?
I'm from INDIA, please make a video of all your tractor and implement with detail.
Do you guys run drip lines in the sweet corn field under the mulch cover?
We call it Golash
whats your long and lat?
curious to see your weather patterns
We call that “noodle stuff” also.
I call it delicious!
Considering Grammys experience In The kitchen, and the abundance of sweet corn you have, has she ever made “ Corn Jelly”? I hear it good, I’m going to try this summer.
She likes to make so many different things. She probably has
Do y'all use a trellis for all those peas?
i have a request, you said your best meal by gram- kielbasa, sweet corn, potatoes and gravy. can you give the recipe, thanks.
Good luck with the temperature tonight. I have 90% of our vegetables under low tunnels. We have potatoes 🥔, broccoli🥦, cauliflower and onions unprotected. I'm pretty sure it's not gonna get cold 🌡 😯 enough to kill anything 🙏 at least it's not like last May 2020 too many hard frosts.
Everything was fine fortunately, but it’s gonna be cold here
@@theveggieboys 3 more nights for me. We're over in Northumberland County where the Susquehanna river merges. Looking forward to coming to your market store.
good morning from iraq

Hello!
Would you be willing to share what kind of biodegradable mulch you use? There seems to be many kinds on the market, and I'd like to hear what works best for you.
Some UA-cam sight has a farmer who farms compost. He has a couple of folks working for him that do nothing other than drive around in trucks too restaurants picking up compost material. His piles are so big it supports 1000 chickens that survive on the compost piles, that’s the only thing they eat. His other business is selling bags of compost. Sound like a good side business for you folks only you would actually add it to your fields black gold.
If we had time it might be a good venture, but we are so stretched right now I don’t think we could do it. Thanks for the idea tho! Maybe one day
Goulash
I'm afraid my first two sweet corn plots are in the process of rotting as I type this. Tons of rain and cold temperatures. So much for sweet corn in July.
I’m sorry to hear this :/ I hope your next crop is better!
Grammy needs to put out a cookbook so we can learn how to do (stuff )to
She’s working on it slowly
I've heard from everyone across the country that they are having trouble with the peas this year. They aren't producing like they normally do. Maybe all the crazy weather we've been having. Much cooler in most of the USA than normal. QUESTION: I've heard there is a serious seed shortage going to start towards fall. For commercial growers for like corn feed for animals. You hearing this yet?
I haven’t heard anything, but I’m sure there will be some issues
I see you plant onionsfrom seed but I never see you pick any.
Is the corn planter with the mulch-layer custom made or commercial? I'd like to get one of those.
Custom built, but a company does it.
สวัสดีตอนเช้าคะไร่ที่น่ารัก
01:41 I was wondering what herbicides you guys are using?
For the cabbage or greenhouses?
@@theveggieboys for the greenhouse:)
New to the channel! I know rocks are being push up due to frost is there a reason why rocks are not being removed when needed?
Hey! Thanks for watching we really appreciate it! I actually touch on this in my next video coming out Monday 5pm EST
Rotini
When do the wild animals come to eat all those seedlings in the fields?
Dusk and dawn and middle of the night
Too often 😂
Gorilla tape is amazing, If there was ever a more useful thing I havent heard about it
flex tape maybe?
It’s so helpful for us 😂
@@theveggieboys I didnt invest in quality zippers on the greenhouse so it's held together by gorilla tape lol
Just pointing this mom hasn't updated her name as dad did. p.s.happy mom's day! just wondering
I’ll have to let her know!
How long has your family had the farm market ? New to your channel
About 28 years although it has changed a lot throughout the years. Andrew is the 6th generation on the farm.
Yep my aunt Becky answered you 😂
Is that one of those no kink hoses and I had to cut my Broccoli yesterday it started to go to flowers
I’m not sure. Dad bought it that morning
Can you give us a lesson on how to grow chickens? ... I have tried but failed miserably 😭😭😭
Hey Andrew, what size lounge pants does your dad wear? And address?
I would get XL and you are welcome to send it to the farm market. Ochs farm Market
Is it possible to grow grape tomatoes in hanging baskets?
It totally works, I used to live in apartment hell so I put my tomatoes out the second story window in hanging baskets, and a bucket upside down "topsy turvey" style. I found they needed a few support strings once in full protection but otherwise easy peasy
Oh definitely. We sell nearly 200 hanging cherry tomatoes here at the farm market, but I imagine it would work the same for grape!
Good job Justin!
That sweet corn covering is a lot of work but really performs I can taste the roasting ears now !!!!
It makes me hungry!
Joey 👀
👍👌🇨🇦❤
Curiosity has gotten the best of me this may be a rude question but does anyone know where the Veggies Boys Mother is?
She has been in a few videos. Usually you can see her at dinner. My mom is always working doing financial things for the farm so it’s hard to have her incorporated into the videos
@@theveggieboys I saw an old live with her in it. She is a cutie pie. It was when y’all hit 10000 subs and you shaved your mustache. I usually don’t enjoy live videos but that kept me rollin the whole time. I just recently found your videos and have been trying to catch up. Thanks so much for your reply. I don’t know how y’all squeeze all that in plus a UA-cam video. You must hit the pillow at night and pass out! Love this channel
I have the worst luck with cucumber seedlings. EVERY YEAR ! Doesn't matter what kind of soil I use/buy. They seem to get some kind of virus or something..... This year they just shriveled up and died. Not from drying out or from over watering. 🤷♂️🤦😠🤬😢💔 Everything else is fine.
The last two years I've had bad luck with mine. Same type I've always grown. This year I'm trying bush for the 1st time. Hoping i don't regret it. Praying for a successful garden for everyone. 🙏🍅🥒🥬🥦🌽🍓🙏❣
@@skylights9646 that's the type I'm trying this year because I have a small yard and I'm using containers. Good luck with yours.
I haven’t had good luck for years with cubes. They have new Cucumber Mosaic Virus resistant variety (CMS) that I bought this year
We raise a cucumber called speedway and a pickling cucumber called eureka.
Your soil could have mildew or other fungi in the soil that affects cucumbers. If you raise cucumbers in the same area it may be wise to raise them in a container this year. Maybe a large pot with a trellis.
Just an idea and I hope it goes well :)
@@theveggieboys went into the garden today and found more seedlings cut off and/or pulled out from the soil. Can't imagine what's doing it. Birds, slugs, insects.....???🤷♂️Very Frustrating. 😢💔 I wish I had a video camera and could make a time lapse video.
Where are you located so I can go purchase your products plants and veggies

Yep lots of cousins 😂
Those are not rocks. They are stones eh.
If you email me i can send pictures from my uncle of an egg he recently got 😂
Just tell people you have mineral rich land , it’s full of rock. Lol rock is good for trace minerals
I mention that in my next video
lol that poor chicken.... I don't think that chicken will be right after that egg fell out. What are you feeding those chickens? LMAO. PS i'll bet it's eyes went cross...
It’s probably limping now 😂
@@theveggieboys poor thing...
