Hair can weigh up to a few pounds depending on how much hair you have. Now did she make it her whole personality recording everything behind the scenes and crying as if it made a difference when she had a 2 hour window to lose the half pound? Absolutely. It was 100% for attention. Cutting your hair shouldn’t count as making weight. Either you make it or don’t. She will go on to lose vs rose. Instant karma for not making weight. The only job they have. To make weight.
I see it the same way, how cutting hair affects body mass (muscles etc.) and it's probably about them and not the weight of hair, personally I think it's some kind of joke

I don't know if he's crying because he gained weight or because he had to cut his hair to do it.
Cutting weight is an absolutely excruciating ordeal. It’s months and months of denying yourself food.. hours and hours and being rolled up in towels and sweating until it feels like you’re going to die. When you finally step on that scale and see that you’re on the weight you need to be, it’s an emotional thing for all fighters

@@Devdogsit’s not months and months, it’s about a 3-4 weeks at worst. All it is, is decreasing the water percentage of your body, so doing a lot of cardio and sauna. It’s bad on your mental and could cause organ failure.
