Yes banks are a very good example. A consultant emailed me some forms a weeks ago. I had to complete them and send back which I did within 1 hour of receiving it. To my reply I added a simple question to confirm that all is in order. No replies or read receipts. You try to call the number on the consultants email signature, and then get to speak to a call center who informs you that they will transfer you to the correct department. No way to talk to the actual person who sent you the email. 1 Week later you receive a reply. Not sure why we still need banks. Don`t they know that customers like to feel important and enjoy personalized service? If I had to operate like they do, I would have been fired by clients many times over. Also yes we should all accept crypto payments so banks can start wondering why a lot less money moves through them.
I like it, that's the business and we're killing it. I think I knew the UK bank you were talking about 😄
