Why I don't eat prepared chinese foods and chinese run restaurants, but there are high end restaurants and they are ok. The most clean foods are found in Japanese or western restaurants run by the people, who are ethnically from that ethnic cuisines. here many japanese restaurants run by the chinese or Koreans.
