- Today i share my cooking chicken tinola chicken tinola ia one of my memories of my mother. When i was a young my mother always cooking chicken tinola when were sick.
And sharing also my ginger lemon tea this highly recommended when you have a cough or sore throat this is one of a good natural medicine for us😊

I always wish I could hand over ingredients to you and the other girls…in Hawaii so many Marungai trees, lots of chayote and green papayas but I’m happy you were able to substitute with other things to cook your soup. We also have way too many wild chickens, wild boar, and on outer island they have wild sheep, goats …it’s a problem. If we could share that with people that need it …world peace 😐 Praying you can get rid of your cold soon! I preserve lemons in a huge jar and put it in the sun. It’s is great with tea for when I’m sick 🙂Sending you healing ❤

Sorry you weren't feeling well. The lemon ginger tea is something I will have to try. It's getting colder here where I live in the U.S. and cold and flu season is here. I crave chicken and garlic when I'm sick. During the cold weather season right up to Spring I take an immunity booster supplement along with my regular vitamins. It really helps. Get well soon bhe. I also remember my mother, she only opened the delicious groceries displayed over the fridge when we were sick. She let us eat them all. In that way we can easily recovered from fever. Our parents are really caring and loving. ❤❤❤
