Theres definitely some emotion behind it and a backstory. I released it one month after my son was born 2.5 months early. It was a very intense, emotional and exhausting period. We weren't sure if he was going to make it...but he pulled through (against all odds😁)

Such a nice loop! Love the different levels of dynamics each of the sections provide to drumming. This is a fun loop to practise some double paradiddle beats with different rudimental fills using for example doubles and six stroke rolls. So many opportunities for ride and snare accents, bass drum placements etc. Sky is the limit :)

Found a really cool pattern during the soft “verse” sections: Counted as 2 bars of 3/8 (It’s really 6/8 but I find it easier to think of it as 123 123), kick on 1, ride bell on 2, ride body on 1 and 3, cross stick on 2.

Man, your compositions are really good, but i wanna give you opinions, not regardin the musical aspects. First, the intro in the tracks is a little anoying (sometimes you just want to put play on the list and go jamming, so that intro cuts the feeling; maybe it would be nice the same intro without sound, just the animation, or a "not-drum" sound). In other hand, sometimed you dont want to play with click, and all your tracks have that on it, and even, sometimes that click is too "drummy" so again it cuts the feeling. Your music, fckn amazing dude, but maybe those are details to consider. Best regards
