If you look at the cover you can see these two are looped. So for me it has two sides the positive What if I told you, that I love you and the negative That I love you, what if I told you. And also What if I told you sounds a little depressive and sad to me.. Maybe it's just because of me but these two songs reflect the optmistic and great sides of loving but also they show the sad sides in some way.. I can't get the feeling away this has a sad tone but I don't know why.. :)
