The guy who is soldering at 2:47 pushes away a horde of bulbs for every soldering every time. Don't even know he could work faster and better if he created room to work.
And you have a person to stretch the wire, a person to pull the wire, a person to bend the wire, a person to attach, a person to clip the extra wire and toss it, and... and... you get a bulb that breaks soon.
after making bulb we have many quality test.
@@smarttechnology5866 I would like to think that You've Made a cost evaluation and the production/employed ratio was better with different stages rather than 1 or 2 people doing the hole wire bending-streching-streching.. I mean, instead of just asuming you're doing thing on the air.

Trabalho artesanal, parece até trabalho escravo. Falta de EPIs, um barulho do inferno e aqueles dedos sem proteção, tudo no improviso. Qndo isso vai acabar.
Totalmente normal, não necessita de muitos EPIs por se tratar de tarefas simples. Treinamento, óculos de proteção, exaustor, dedais e protetores de ouvido já são o suficiente. Podiam melhorar apenas nesses quesitos.
