you would think...yeah. Only race that has issues early on with that are zerg, at least for him, because you need to build creep over that way, THEN put a building there.

I feel like any protoss play classifies as a cheese.
Marc saying he didn't do that much damage in 1st game with oracles, and yet he took out the WHOLE base.
I can't remember if that was upgraded to a lair, which would have been 450/100 resources, and the massive amount of time it takes to make the hatch and then the lair, and all the downtime as a result.
Soon as the guy saw oracles coming in, he should have scouted and then sent out a team to kill the proxy, instead of trying to fck with his main bases, unless he could do both at once AND defend. Said before, say again, Marc's special skills is that massive multi tasking and micro.
It’s a Florencio strat. Oracle chargelots. Take the SCV when the terran leaves his base for a putsch. WhiteRa made it in pro tournament too against Zerg (taking the expands with the oracles)

Hey @uthermal have you ever considered using an eye tracker for a special video or stream?
Dude in game 1 spending that much minerals in spores instead of queens was his undoing. 😅
The draw of 6 simultaneous spores vs 3 simultaneous queens is hard to ignore when you see a ton of oracles. You feel defended a lot earlier with spores compared to queens, even if it's worse.
@@murphy54000 The spores cost 125 when you include the worker to make it
@@Menace2142 You're going to make tons of workers anyway as Zerg, that's negligible at best, plus it also ignores the mining the worker can do between being made and constructing the building.
New challenge suggestion: 'Shake it up' - play as Terran. You cannot have more than 8 bio units and more than 4 tech units by unit type on the battlefield (can be in production). For example, you can have 8 marines, 8 marauders, 8 reapers on the battlefield but not 9 marines.

@@Ajamesmith he made a series "Beat me at SCII" where people who beat him would get money. In one of the videos he asked for money for the prize. Some guys donated $100USD, 50USD, etc. He increased the prize but the series finished all of the sudden after 4 episodes, he never finished it or gave the money, unless I'm wrong.
I haven't felt like recording another episode, I'll still finish it though :D
