The marathon was a challenge, but it taught him that it’s not about winning-it’s about giving your best and never giving up. Mater congratulates McQueen, reminding him that the best races are sometimes the ones you never expect to run. McQueen leaves the marathon feeling accomplished and ready for whatever challenge comes next.
