Just had my Saab 93 Aero 2008 2l back from a clutch replacement. New gearbox oil too. The gears are now much harder to engage and my steering wheel is off by a degree. Should I go back or is this normal?
my guess is that it has nothing to do with the clutch it's the shifter that was maybe incorrectly installed back. steering wheel can be fixed with an alignment.
@Trudo981 It's not so bad now. It's took a long time though. I have no idea what oil he put in but I'm going to change it this summer anyway while the car is getting new brakes and bushings.
Great cars Saabs love them. Great video
How long did it take?
Can you use a normal clutch alignment tool or is there a special tool thanks
Sir my son's car needs this exact clutch. We've had a hard time locating one. Can you recommend where we can purchase it?
Love this video, you think this is doable for a avid diy er with all the tools?

I've had this also with new aftermarket gearbox oil. Refill with original Saab (GM) gearbox oil and back to smooth shifting like before.

Bought one of them back in 2008 😂
Brilliant cars 🤙
How much would you charge for labor and parts to do the same on a 2010 9-3? Just wondering what I’m up against.
thank you 👍
