FFXIV is a great experience. The NA Crystal Data Center has a very active roleplaying community, if someone is looking for something added over the multiplayer experience and game story.
The thing that most frustrates me that a lot of people don't seem to know is in Catch em mini battles that the legendary Pokémon can beam a goal to make it instant scoring. So many times I see teammates get the legendary, transform into it, battle, walk to the goal, then transform back to normal to score. I wish more people knew about this!
@@CJ-yu5ux try it, as the birds or regigigas if you use your 'beam' attack (hyper beam, ice beam, zap cannon) on a goal it makes it defenceless and you can score instantly.
i also have 1 Tip, but only For Sableye and Decidueye: Before scoring, you can use decidueyes Shadow Sneak, so you can If someone is in the Flux Zone, Farming Lane Mons etc. Can save in some Situations Sableye's Confuse Ray has the effect that the enemy is Killing His mates. With that, you can also See If someone is Camping in a Bush. Especially for Objectives Like Regieleki it's good, because you See If there is someone Else (especially someone Like Decidueye, Greninja etc, who can easily Steal the Regi)
I have been playing since launch and didn't know some these. Just goes to show there is more to learn and improve upon to become a better player. Thank you for these helpful tips ChrisHeroes for showing us to be in the know of the game. Also FFXIV is pretty fun if I say so myself.
I've been playing this game since launch day, I've been Master every season, and I never once thought about looking at the goal zone shield effect from a distance to gather info. Amazing.
Great video! I knew all of this other than the bonus damage for scope lens. It's been so long since the item has been available, I never considered rereading some of these things just to brush up any gaps in knowledge. You really do learn something new everyday.
Another niche useful thing with eject button, you can combine it with certain dash moves to get over walls you normally wouldn't be able to! Timing is tricky, but a sometimes useful trick. Possibly has been patched, there's an older video I uploaded you can check out from a couple months ago
One thing that I want to stress out is that please *Don't ignore the objectives* lately I kept getting matches where people just ignore the objectives. I had to solo it and often times I was sniped by the enemy.
Cuz you’re at playing at lower ranks. But also most of the problem in masters players, they always go to objectives even though theyre level gap so they end up dying in most of the team fights
All of these things are pretty basic but very necessary to know, they were quirky little funfacts that were found out and explained in the first 2ish months of unite in the earliest videos of unite content creators but are just never talked about anymore because it's just assumed everything must know them by now, but I can't imagine how any new player who joined the game just now or even a player who joined 7 months ago would know these, they can only be passed on by mouth or extreme luck to discover these on your own. Thank you for making this video Cris it's fundamental knowledge everyone needs to know.
I know every thing that showed by watching you from so long time but I know still a lot of people don't know about this things plz do more of it, it helps to improve the player base
The peeking tip for the enemy goals and jump pad is something I am going to try and implement. That was something I didn’t think about that the map still shows the actions of the dugtrio and the goal itself, regardless of if you can see the enemy players.
Also your goal heals give you Xp. It's really good when you have a bit of downtime and you need a bit more xp to get to your level 5/6 but the wild pokemon won't push you past it. Especially if you're being pushed by the opponents but you aren't about to die, just fight back and sit on your goal and you'll slowly gain a bit of xp and then when you kill something or score a goal you'll break that evolution barrier a lot easier than if you had gotten the berries a bit too early. It's really good early especially if you're ranged and you take a bit of damage from camps while pulling them towards your goal so you can heal and gain free xp at the same time.
Out of all of these game mechanics, I didn't know about the enemy goal and the Rayquaza shield part (2:338:35) This info is gonna be real handy, thx :D
Your videos made me a better player to begin with. I would have never kept playing the game if it wasn‘t for you and I always try to spread knowledge as well. Thank you so much.
3:34 Everyone need to know this. Like everytime. This always the case to turn dire situation to winning. I was so close to score a 100 while my team came at me at 0:16. But he just turn back and run from my 70%ish goal progress. And you could guess the rest.
This was incredibly helpful! Especially the scope lens part. You should do a video explaining all the held items and any of their hidden mechanics. (If you haven’t already)
Cool! I knew most of these. Like the goalzone being lit up as someone is standing on it on such. Very good to know then your a Desidueye main like me😁 But also the faster healing in base by Circleing around it, the auto attack in busches and the faster score speed. Don't know the exact percentage though so that's nice. But I didn't think I could look at their jump pad then scoring and the Auto range buff for mons like Pikachu. So this might help in some ways. Thanks for makin this😄
Another tip for like scoring when ur opponent is one jump pad at like the last min You just like go to the goal and click the score button and come out so it brings enemy out and ur can have a better chance of winning the fight and scoring
@Cris that tip about the basic attacks when alone is hella useful but there is also a setting u cna turn off that so u wont walk toward the buff. I turned that off and its def helpful on most characters.
Secondary note on the auto attacking bush mons with range, at least on deci. If u don't have vision on the mon in the bush and you basica attack is boosted, it *seems* to do more dmg do not quote me on that
Hell yea cris ur putting out the best content! You should do a video on absol pursuit suckerpunch super good especially against squishies at lvl5 Scope razor and energy amp w crits! 🔥🔥
Playing this game from 10 seasons and still didn't knew that healing trick , team players on goal increase goal scoring speed and last one that indicating to defeat raquaza or any wild Pokemon always wanted to know how ppl do that thanks chris.. Will share ur video with my friends as always....❤
Would you be able to make a guide on positioning to help ranged attackers avoid getting run down in teamfights? Thanks for the guide, by the way, I greatly appreciate it.
@@CrisHeroes Yes true, but it's very minimal. At least it's much smaller than what you have shown in the video. Maybe you have "standard" pursuit mode. Change it to "melee".
A thing I didn't know was a thing is stealing buffs by killing enemies. It took me like 6 months to figure it out lol. I think it's a bummer that we have to go check on some website detailed information about items and abilities (like additional effects, internal cd ecc...). Moreover the Italian translation for attack weight states that it increases your attack by 0.1% of your attack stat for each stack...
Chris first and foremost that was an incredible vid. Secondly did they patch the pad glitch were you start moving forward before jumping off the pad to go faster?
It should be noted that the first and second tips have been currently patched. Auto aim and targeting now have Tyne same range. Watching the enemy’s jump pad or goal for vision has been patched.
Nice tips Cris. Thank you for the content. If by any chance you read this, how do I turn off auto-pick your favorite pokemon? I tried so many things, but nothing seems to work
I just wish people put more effort to being good players when it comes to ranked idc about anywhere else just trying and learn/master the basics before queuing up in ranked so you don't be the reason why teams lose

THIS, I hope that people will learn from the example of others doing it but I still see that happen every once in a while and it infuriates me
Bro what lol

Sorry if I’m misunderstanding this. You can “transform” into the legendaries?? Why have I never seen this?

Cris heroes saving us with another guide video he truly is a hero🗿
Fr 😂
I would love if everyone that plays unite could see this so everyone can improve their gameplay.
I had no idea about the ally score speed. Now if only my teammates also know about it...
The Goal shield and the Jump pad are nice tips. I’m doing most of these
I think at this point Cris needs to be nerfed 😅
Cris is a Pokémon at this point
It's cris not Chris

Just goes to show the level of people playing this without minimum research 🥱😪
Finally a video with tips other than "the bot path objective gives your whole team exp, you should try getting it."
This video is a must even for experienced players. Also, FFXIV IS SO FUN.

Let's defeat Rayquaza together.
Rayquaza :- let me defeat this Charmander

What a fabulous trick to know whether enemies are in their base or not
Lol, I knew only 3 and goal zone was one of them
Definitely will be using the base shield tip. This is why you’re the best solo queue player
lesson of the day: panning your camera is important
but honestly removing the faster jump pad makes it fair for everyone

I have been playing since season 2 with 1700 + each season but still didn't know that 😲
I actually didn't know that running around the edge of your goal makes you heal quicker and I've been playing for so long!
Shoutout to the Dugtrios that operate the jump pad, we honestly don't thank those guys enough

The allies on the goal thing is very helpful, one thing to know is that having Comfey on you does still give that boost
the ally on the goal for scoring faster blow my mind 🤯

Ejecting over mid and corner walls would have been a good tip. Great way to reposition from mid to your side or vice versa

No the same move is always set as move 1 doesn't matter the hotkey
We should force everyone in soloQ to watch this video like it is that 1984 scene
Ha! I never knew the mini map pin pointing tip! Thank you!
very helpful. thanks cris
i think the rempved jump pad vision because for whatever reason i can't see it now
Out of curiosity does the ray buff apply to Charizard unit move since it's essentially a heavily boosted auto attack
Nice tips Cris. Thank you for the content.

Funfact: u can eject with zaicans unite and just murder ur enemies on sight

does comfey inside of your mon count in goal-scoring speed??
