WoW! Another great hunt! It's the first time I ser coin Germany 2020. You also got the 2 Germán coins of 2019. Congratulations!! The Spanish Coín of 2015, as you have said, represents prehistoric paintings, of Altamira Caves. This cave is located on the North of Spain. As a curiosity: It received a lot of visits, and, due to the Air breathing, the paintings were losing quality. Because of this, Spanish Authorities decided to make a "copy" of the cave; si, if you visit It now, surely you Will visit a copy of the original cave. Greetings!!
Thank you!!! 😊. I really like Spain's UNESCO coins. I recently found out that you have 40+ World Heritage Sites - so plenty of coins to come. I've never been to Spain before, hopefully when world gets back to normal I'll get to see some of the Spainish site, maybe even the Altamira Caves 😊
So many finds, it's truly unbelievable ! Where I am, I usually find 1 foreign commemorative in every 4 rolls of 25 coins only.............. Do you remember if you had kept the 2015 Maltese coins, the 2016 Ireland coin (very scarce) and the 2006 Portugal one ? You also said that you don't come across Estonian coins too often, but please note that I've never seen any standard 2€ from this country in 10 years, whereas that's maybe your third coin in a year. Anyway, great video, cool to see so many different commemoratives in a single hunt. Keep up those nice videos.
Thank you!!! 😊. I guess I am just lucky here, lots of European tourists coming into Dublin, and being an island we are not dominated by one neighbouring countries coins. If the UK had the euro it would be very different 😬 I think I initially kept a load of the Maltese coins but I starting finding more so I assumed they were not as rare as I initially thought. I did keep one though. Ireland 2016 is 10,000,000....it is the years afterwards that are very rare. Estonian coins are nice to come across, of the Baltic States they are the rarest for me to find compared to the amount of Lithuanian coins I come across 😅
@@EireEuroCoins Thanks for the answers. You're completely right ! However, the mintage of the 2016 Ireland standard coin can't be 10 million. (and I wonder who give this number first !). Compared to the other years, I think there were around 500.000 minted (unless the Central Bank of Ireland is keeping all the stock).
@@EireEuroCoinsIf you are interested, you can take a look at the frequency of the 2016 Ireland coin on Numista. Only 4% against 13% to 54% for the other years...crazy !
@@lilg9713 hmm I use the EURik app for mintage figures... They do say 10,000,000 but I have only came across the 2016 twice..... But they did mint the Easter Rising coin the same year so maybe they decided to mint loads of regular as well while they were at it???? 🤣...... Saying that apparently there is only 84,000 of the 2016 irish 5 cent but I have found about 20 of them... I don't know if I can believe the Central Bank of Ireland!!! 😅
It is very just for fun as a hobby. Most of the commemorative coins would be worth their face value of 2 Euro. If they were in perfect condition and you wanted to sell them, you might get 2.50 - 3.50 a coin - depending how many were minted of them. I don't sell coins, it would be too much of a hassle.
Thx. Why dont you check the German Eagles while you are at IT ?When the two sides are a symeytric, so if the Europe card is upside down you may have found something that has actual value.
Can u show all the prices of the rare coins to?
Euro coins aren't worth more than their price written on the coin
Unless they're very faulty
Which is rare
Guten Morgen wünsche euch einen schönen Sonntag und einen schönen Tag und ein schönes restliches Wochenende
