Noticed the post on Reddit and I like seeing this Pox being given a chance. As for me I personally keep Smallpoxes in for decks like Oops All Spells, Storm, High Tide, and Doomsday despite them almost never having a creature to sacrifice just because it cuts them off at least one mana and discards a card which can sometimes make a difference so its removal that is rarely dead.

I've been playing Karn/Saga version a while back, it's the most played version nowadays (thanks to the Japanese players / BlogBoy and others), but I don't enjoy it as much as other with more "old school vibes".
