Always great to see creators utilise natural artifacts from the image instead of trying to fight them. It adds so much style and unique feeling (although iPhone ghosting is still a bit tough to overcome).

i think its because how dark the place it and the iso turn up making the noise there and auxout just instead of removing he used the noise to further enhance the experience of the vid

こんなの見せたれたら今持ってるミラーレスカメラ売って最新のiPhone買いたくなります（割とマジで
編集でフレアを追加したり隅っこを歪ませたり相当エフェクトを入れてると思います。（一番上のAUXOUTさんのコメントでも本人がそう語ってます）iphoneで普通に撮影しただけではこうはならずAUXOUTさんの編集スキルあってこその世界観なので、ミラーレスカメラはそのまま残しておいた方が良かも。。レンズを変えれば色々なボケ感や画角を楽しめますしね。
